Our company believes in complete transparency and the products are designed according the the customers requirement and before even manufacturing the beautiful piece of arts like your photo-books or any custom gift item we take note of every requirement of the customer. Since we take utmost care in first understanding the requirements and after that we design the products in a virtual form we still give our customers a chance to check everything is according to their requirements.
After everything is checked by the customer as a soft copy and also in the virtual form of the final hard copy of the product then the product is manufactured and delivered to the customer.
Return and Repair (Preferred Option)
If the product is not according to the soft copy sent to the customer and does not resemble the virtual form of the final product then we do offer repair of the product delivered after it is returned back to the company. Cost of return and second delivery would be paid by the customer or the company depending upon the problem with the product.
Return and Refund
If the product is is not according to the soft copy sent to the customer and does not resemble the virtual form of the final product and also Repair is not available as an option then we may provide partial or full refunds upon discussion.
In Full or Partial refunds the product has to be returned back to us and we will then have the full rights over the products and we can repair and sell those products in the future in any form to our new customers.
Still our company reserves the final right to decide weather we can offer a Repair, Return, Refund or not and our Company’s decision would be considered final in any dispute and would be considered a mutual decision in any court.
